About the Internship
Are you passionate about the world of beauty and eager to get a firsthand look at how top brands operate? We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mystery Shopper Interns to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to act as a real customer, evaluating the service, product displays, and overall shopping experience at various beauty brand stores. Your observations will provide us with crucial insights to help brands improve their customer journey.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit assigned beauty stores, acting as a regular customer.
2. Evaluate the store environment, staff knowledge, customer service, and product availability.
3. Document your experience by taking detailed notes and, if required, discreet photos.
4. Complete a comprehensive survey or report after each visit.
5. Adhere to all guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
