About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Campaign Performance: Track and analyze ad performance across channels (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads), including CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions. Support A/B testing insights.
2. Influencer Marketing: Analyze influencer data (engagement, reach, follower quality), benchmark influencer categories (nano/micro/macro), and calculate ROI of campaigns.
3. Content & Social Media Analytics: Track post and reel performance (reach, engagement, completion rate, drop-offs), and identify best posting times/days.
4. E-commerce & Marketplace Analytics: Monitor product page performance (views, add-to-cart, conversions), customer journey drop-offs, and effectiveness of pricing/discounts.
5. SEO & Website Analytics: Support keyword performance tracking, analyze traffic sources, bounce rates, and website conversion funnels.
6. CRM & Retention: Evaluate campaign metrics (email/SMS open rates, CTR, conversions), cohort analysis (repeat purchase behavior), and loyalty/referral program results.
7. Customer Insights: Break down data by demographics, geography, purchase frequency, and conduct sentiment analysis of reviews/feedback.
8. Offline Marketing (if applicable): Measure ROI of offline activations (events, mall pop-ups, footfall vs leads vs sales).
