We’re an early-stage climate startup building our go-to-market foundation. This means:

You’ll work directly with the founding team.
You’ll be solving real problems that matter for people and the planet.
If you’re passionate about sustainability, and startups, this is your chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales – Assist with outreach, prospecting, follow-ups, and pitching.
2. Customer Service – Speak with customers, solve queries, and capture feedback.
3. Market Research – Conduct secondary/primary research and build a market intelligence system (customers, competitors, trends).
4. Content Marketing – Write blogs, case studies, and create visuals (Canva).
5. Events – Represent Rizzome at industry events and support lead conversion.
6. Social Media – Manage posts, campaigns, and engagement on LinkedIn/Instagram.
7. Partnership Marketing – Identify partners, design frameworks, and support collaborations.
And since this is a startup internship, you’ll also get opportunities to experiment, try ideas, and take ownership of projects.
