About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1.Drive sales growth for the assigned cart by implementing effective marketing strategies.
2. Conduct on-ground promotions and engage with customers to increase footfall.
3. Manage customer acquisition and retention through personalized interactions.
4. Assist in designing and executing local marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
5. Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve sales performance.
6. Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports using Excel or designated tools.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas for growth.
8. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales and loyalty.
