About the Internship
Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reporting and analytics for our Sales, Support, Marketing and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Advanced Excel, Dashboards, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Power BI and Analytical Tools.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare, maintain, and analyse daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for Sales, Support, and Operations.
2. Design and automate dashboards and trackers for performance monitoring.
3. Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets from CRM/ERP and other business systems.
4. Present data-driven insights to management via clear PPTs and dashboards.
5. Provide ad-hoc analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making.
6. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency of all reporting deliverables.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes.
