About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Visit client locations to provide on-site diagnosis and repair for laptops (hardware and software).
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) and standard applications
3. Perform hardware replacement, including screens, keyboards, batteries, motherboards, RAM, and hard drives/SSDs.
4. Handle issues related to booting, blue screen errors, OS crashes, and driver problems.
5. Conduct data backup and recovery as required.
6. Maintain records of services performed and parts used.
7. Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and solutions.
8. Collaborate with the remote support team and escalate issues as needed.
9. Ensure timely completion of service calls and adherence to SLAs.
