What you’ll actually do

1. Untangle messy problems in fleet ops using data and logic 
2. Translate numbers into processes and systems that actually work 
3. Hustle on ground ops (yes, sometimes real-world action, not just sheets)
4. Work directly with senior leadership — this is legit facetime with operators who’ve scaled before

 Who we’re looking for
1. Excellence in ANY form. Top 1% in class? Star debater? National-level athlete? Built a campus startup? Show us you’ve been exceptional.
2. Comfort with data tools (Excel/Sheets). If not, how to read a number is more important than putting a number. We can coach you on the rest 
3. Strong written communication → can explain solutions crisply 
4. Hustle + problem-solving attitude
