Role Overview
As an Operations Intern, you will support the smooth execution of our travel products and services. This role involves coordination, logistics, communication, and behind-the-scenes planning to ensure our trips deliver unforgettable experiences. You’ll work closely with the Operations team, vendors, guides, and other stakeholders to make sure all moving parts line up.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for group and custom trips (transport, accommodation, meals, permits etc.).
Liaise with vendors, hotels, guides, transport providers to confirm bookings and arrangements.
Track booking status, payments, and ensure all operational details are documented.
Support the team in creating and updating itinerary documents.
Help manage traveler communications: pre-trip information, FAQs, updates.
Coordinate with marketing and customer service for alignment (e.g. ticketing capacities, schedule updates).
Assist in risk assessment and contingency planning (weather, cancellations, delays etc.).
Maintain operation dashboards, checklists, and quality control metrics.
Help with on-ground coordination during trips if required (site visits, coordination with guide / local teams).

Skills & Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management or related field.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication skills – written and verbal (English; regional languages are a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset; able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Basic tech skills: MS Office / Google Suite; ability to work with spreadsheets, emails etc.
Passionate about travel; interest in cultures, people, and exploring new places.
