About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Venue Booking & Coordination:
1. Assisting in researching and shortlisting venues from ballrooms to scenic destination locales that fit clients’ visions, budgets, and guest lists
2. Managing site visits and compiling venue comparison insights
B. Vendor & Artist & Entertainment Management:
1. Sourcing, vetting, and liaising with a spectrum of vendors, decorators, entertainers, hospitality partners, technical support, and more
2. Facilitating negotiations, confirming contracts, and managing deliverables
C. Event Execution Support:
1. Helping oversee operations from pre-event planning through on-day coordination
2. Assisting with timelines, setup logistics, vendor deliveries, and ensuring seamless flow during events
D. Documentation & Administration:
1. Maintaining and updating databases for venues, vendors, and contracts
2. Preparing event checklists, coordination sheets, and assisting in drafting summaries or reports post-event
E. On-ground Support & Travel:
1. Being ready to travel for venue recce visits, vendor meetings, and event operations across India
