Overview

As an Operations Intern at FarmlandIndia.com, you will support the operational efficiency of our platform, which connects stakeholders in the agricultural real estate and farmland investment sector. This role offers hands-on experience in streamlining processes, coordinating with teams, and contributing to the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Process Support: Assist in executing and optimizing operational workflows, including data entry, documentation, and inventory management related to farmland listings and transactions.

Customer Coordination: Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing timely and accurate information about farmland properties, services, and processes.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate information on farmland listings, client details, and transaction records.

Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and deliverables.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, farmland regulations, and operational best practices to support strategic initiatives.

Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for site visits, inspections, or client meetings, ensuring smooth execution of schedules.

Reporting: Prepare basic reports on operational metrics, such as response times, transaction statuses, or inventory updates, for review by senior team members.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Support special projects or tasks as assigned, such as process audits, vendor coordination, or operational improvements.

Qualifications
Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM tools or database management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in agriculture, real estate, or farmland investment is a plus.
