About the Internship
Student & Client Coordination:1. Follow up with current students and parents regarding schedules, classes, and queries.
2. Assist in onboarding new students and guiding them through the registration process.
Outreach & Expansion:
1. Research and connect with schools, academies, and online platforms for partnerships.
2. Conduct introductory calls/emails with prospective students, parents, and collaborators.
3. Identify opportunities to expand our reach (collabs, exhibitions, workshops).
Exams & Events:
1. Assist with coordination of Trinity exam-related activities.
2. Act as an invigilator for exams during the exam period.
3. Help organize internal concerts, workshops, and summer camps.
Operational Support:
1. Maintain student records, schedules, and attendance.
2. Coordinate logistics for product sales (books, accessories).
3. Support in social media coordination, backend tasks, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; additional languages are a bonus).
2. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
3. Comfortable with calls, emails, and online coordination.
4. Interest in music/performing arts is a plus (not mandatory).
5. Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn.
Please note:
1. The candidate has to be available for a follow-up once a week.
2. Should be available for work in early evening and night.
