About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Clinic Operations:
1. Conduct on-ground research at clinics to understand daily events, workflows, and operational challenges.
2. Assist in the integration of new products/systems into clinic operations, ensuring smooth adoption.
3. Document findings and provide recommendations on operational improvements.
B. AHS Projects:
1. Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at increasing efficiency across processes.
2. Support in planning, execution, and monitoring of pilot initiatives.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and suggest scalable solutions.
D. General Operations Support:
1. Assist the operations team in day-to-day tasks, data management, and reporting.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh perspectives to improve processes.
3. Maintain proper documentation of learnings, workflows, and project progress.
