About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Administrative Support: Manage emails, organize calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders.
2. Data & Document Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal documents.
3. Communication: Answer phone calls/messages, draft professional emails, and handle basic client follow-ups.
4. Research: Conduct online research for leads, competitors, vendors, or requested topics.
5. Document Preparation: Create presentations, reports, proposals, and SOPs.
6. Customer Support: Respond to basic inquiries, provide updates, and escalate complex requests.
7. Task Coordination: Track tasks, follow up on progress, and maintain status updates in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello).
