About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Provide quick, accurate, and effective responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including chats, calls, and emails.
2. Ensure all customer issues and queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
3. Resolve order issues with replacements/refunds promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
4. Escalate unresolved operational issues to the functional lead and ensure timely follow-ups for resolution.
