About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage customer queries across email, chat, and phone channels with professionalism and empathy.
2. Support order processing activities including order entry, status updates, invoicing, returns, and exchanges.
3. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM/order management systems.
5. Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, refunds, or delays.
6. Escalate complex issues to senior team members while ensuring swift resolution
7. Collaborate with operations, sales, and warehouse teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
8. Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and order management processes.
