About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Daily follow-ups with HR teams and recruiters to identify job openings.
2. Understanding employer requirements, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.
3. Reaching out to new companies via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and job portals to create fresh placement opportunities.
4. Sharing job openings with students through email, WhatsApp, or placement portals.
5. Coordinating interview dates, times, and venues between candidates and companies.
6. Following up with HRs for interview results and sharing feedback with students.
7. Tracking selected candidates until they receive offer letters.
8. Preparing logistics for campus drives, including banners, seating arrangements, and company presentations.
9. Preparing and sharing placement progress reports with management.
10. Tracking offers made, candidates placed, and pending interviews.
11. Drafting professional emails, agreements, and placement-related documents.
12. Handling inquiries from walk-in candidates or parents (if in an institute setting).
13. Ensuring smooth communication between management, faculty, and recruitment partners.
