About the Internship
As a pre-counselling advisor intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for students exploring their higher education journey. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, is eager to learn, and wants to gain real-world exposure to student engagement, counselling, and EdTech operations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to prospective students over phone, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Scheduling and confirming counselling sessions.
3. Updating student details and communication status in CRM tools.
4. Supporting counsellors and admissions teams in student engagement activities.
5. Assisting with basic administrative and outreach tasks.
