About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated 'Pre-Sales & Outreach Intern' who will play a key role in our admissions funnel. You will be the first point of contact for interested candidates and families, helping them understand Zenro’s program and arranging counselling sessions with our senior counsellors.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make around 100 calls per day to leads generated from our campaigns
2. Communicate fluently in both Hindi and English to explain program details and build trust with candidates
3. Update and maintain lead data accurately in Excel sheets and tracking dashboards
4. Schedule and confirm counselling sessions with the senior counsellor team
5. Share timely feedback with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Work Details:
Type: Full-time, in-office internship
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Timings: 9 hours/day (Monday to Saturday)
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Duration: 6 months (PPO based on performance)
