About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design and streamline client onboarding processes for smooth integrations
2. Coordinate with tech team to resolve client onboarding challenges and gather requirements
3. Gather client feedback and translate it into product improvement suggestions.
4. Conduct user research calls to understand pain points and feature requests.
5. Work with development team to prioritize product roadmap based on client needs
6. Conduct a few demo calls with potential clients to understand user requirements.
7. Analyze business metrics and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.
