About the Internship
Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in product development, operations, partner management, and user experience enhancement. The intern will support ongoing projects and contribute to the growth of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing user behavior and feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
Help in creating product requirement documents, wireframes, and user stories.
Track product performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of product enhancements.
Conduct market research to benchmark features and suggest innovative solutions.
Support testing of new features and ensure quality before release.
Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and product updates.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, gather feedback, and communicate product updates effectively.
Support ongoing partner relationship management to ensure smooth collaboration and service quality.
Requirements:
Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in product management, technology, Operations.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project management tools is a plus.
Location: Gurugram ( Hybrid )
Joining- Immediate
Tenure: 3 months
Stipend : Rs.20000/- per month
Permanent role may be offered upon successful completion of the internship.
