About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:AI Interview & Candidate Process Monitoring
1. Overseeing the execution of AI interview workflows and ensuring process accuracy.
2. Monitoring AI interview recordings to track candidate performance and flag inconsistencies or malpractice.
3. Ensuring smooth functioning of system processes with minimal errors.
Product Data & Feedback Analysis
1. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data from interviews and platform usage.
2. Generating structured feedback reports for product and tech teams.
3. Identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
Operational Support & Reporting
1. Documenting and escalating technical or operational issues affecting performance.
2. Providing insights on process efficiency and recommending workflow improvements.
3. Maintaining accurate records and dashboards for tracking interviews, system issues, and feedback.
Coordination & Reporting
1. Maintaining detailed records of candidate support and operational activities.
2. Preparing and sharing regular reports on candidate experiences and operational efficiency.
