About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Agile team support & scrum facilitation:
1. Facilitate and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
2. Assist the Scrum Master in removing team impediments, driving smooth sprint execution.
3. Help maintain and refine the product backlog for clarity and readiness.
4. Promote Agile best practices and support a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Learn and apply advanced Scrum tools and methodologies in real-world scenarios
B. Project delivery & performance management:
1. Track project progress, escalate issues, and support risk mitigation.
2. Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and communication within the Agile team and with stakeholders.
3. Aid in the delivery of sprint goals and high-quality, timely product increments
4. Prepare concise updates, briefings, and presentations for teams and management
5. Collect and analyze project metrics (burndown/burnup charts, velocity, defect trends) to identify process optimization opportunities.
C. Data-driven project analysis:
1. Assist with organizing and analyzing project data to evaluate team performance and delivery health.
2. Contribute to the creation of engaging, visual reports and dashboards.
3. Identify trends in project data to support continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
