About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria for software development and digital marketing initiatives.
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
3. Identify potential risks and devise effective mitigation plans to ensure project success.
4. Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees the workflow of staff.
5. Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the department.
6. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
7. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Effectively communicate project updates, changes, and milestones to clients and internal teams.
9. Address client feedback and concerns promptly to maintain strong partnerships.
