Job Description – Project Management Intern (AI / Technical Projects)
Position: Project Management Intern
Department: Project Management
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on performance)
Full-Time Package (Based on performance): ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

 About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist in managing technical and AI-based projects. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and tracking projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients. This is a great opportunity for freshers to build a career in project management within the fast-growing tech industry.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and managing technical and AI development projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
2. Support the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery by tracking timelines, tasks, and dependencies.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (Development, QA, Design) and external stakeholders (Clients) to ensure smooth communication.
4. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentation decks (using Canva / PowerPoint) for internal and client meetings.
5. Assist in conducting client calls, documenting minutes of meetings, and following up on action items.
6. Learn and assist in applying basic AI tools or frameworks relevant to the project (advantageous).
7. Ensure adherence to company NDA and confidentiality policies.
8. Support the team in improving project workflows, process documentation, and reporting practices.

 Eligibility & Skills Required
1. Good communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
2. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
3. Knowledge or exposure to project management tools – Notion / Trello / ClickUp / Jira (preferred).
4. Basic presentation skills – ability to prepare presentations using Canva / PowerPoint.
5. Basic knowledge of tech development workflows (Requirement analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment) – highly preferred.
6. Enthusiasm to work in an AI-based technical environment – learning mindset.
7. Basic understanding of AI tools or technologies is a plus.
8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
9. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
