Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand and execute pod goals and priorities
2. Coordinate team activities and ensure timely delivery
3. Take ownership of pod deliverables and stakeholder accountability
4. Drive team collaboration, productivity, and reporting

1. Secondary Consultation Platform (Highest Priority) - Strategic/product thinker with AI tools familiarity
2. Patient Navigator (Chatbot) - Tech familiarity, chatbot workflow design, patient experience
3. UI/UX Pod - Awareness of design process (mood board wireframes prototype)
4. Caregiver Mentorship Pod (CGMP) - Strong ops skills, communication, Excel, email drafting
5. Medical Research Pod - Background in oncology/clinical research, trial tracking
6. Event Marketing Pod - Email campaigns, event moderation, post-event reporting
