Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1.Identify and understand what clients are looking for in a property.
2.Build and maintain good connections with clients and developers.
3.Provide correct and clear project details during the sales journey.
4.Ensure top-quality service to increase chances of closing deals.
5.Keep track of property market trends and competitor activities.
6.Organize and update client records regularly.
7.Support clients through each step, from inquiry to final sale.
8.Reach monthly sales goals and contribute to team success.
9.Stay in touch with leads and schedule property visits.
10.Suggest the most suitable properties based on client needs.
