Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting buyers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable properties (Client Engagement)
2. Supporting sales planning and execution to help meet targets (Sales Support)
3. Showcasing property projects during client visits and meetings (Project Showcasing)
4. Conducting market research to track trends and analyze competitor pricing Market Research)
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships for a smooth sales journey (Relationship Building)
6. Assisting the sales team with presentations, documentation, and lead follow-ups (Coordination)
7. Collaborating with marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline sales processes (Team Collaboration)
