About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Performing desktop-based research on sectors and companies and their business models
2. Performing desktop-based financial analysis and comparison with other companies
3. Assisting the investment team in running investment deals, like due diligence, financial models, coordinating with various agencies, investment filing, etc.
4. Participate in support activities for the portfolio companies
5. Competition mapping, financial modelling, and support in deal closure
6. Interact with PropTech start-ups and understand their business models, and identify the right start-ups to solve a given problem statement
7. Make research reports and documents
