About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
2. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
3. Support in maintaining HR records, documentation, and databases.
4. Collaborate with founders and team leads to identify hiring needs.
5. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
6. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and special projects as needed.
