About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand hiring requirements and role descriptions provided by the management.
2. Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Conduct initial interviews (Telephonic/ Video) and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
5. Schedule interviews for the Short Listed Candidates with the Sales Manager.
6. Draft and send job offer letters to selected candidates.
7. Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
8. Guide candidates from the offer stage to the joining process (documentation, onboarding assistance, etc.).
9. Coordinate the Induction Programme with the HR Manager for new joinees.
10. Coordinate the Training Programme with the Sales Manager for new joinees.
11. Maintain a database of candidates, interviews, and hiring status.
12. Assist in onboarding new employees and resolve basic queries.
13. Assist the New Interns in the Documentation Process.
14. Maintain the Excel File with all Details of the Joinees.
15. Record the attendance of the Interns on a Regular Basis.
