About the Internship
We are seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter with deep domain knowledge in the Technology Hiring (ERP) to support end-to-end recruitment operations for our clients in the ITES/ IT Services/ Big4 industry. The ideal candidate brings both recruitment expertise and sector-specific insight to attract top-tier talent across engineering, operations, and environmental services roles.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs within the Technology hiring space
2. Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to technology hiring positions (e.g., ERP systems: SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.).
4. Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified candidates through proactive networking and talent mapping.
5. Utilize ATS systems and RPO tools for streamlined recruitment and reporting.
6. Provide market intelligence on trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability in the Technology hiring sector.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, diversity goals, and hiring policies.
