About the Internship
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly
5. Support in campus hiring and employer branding initiatives
6. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
7. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
8. Collaborate with HR team members on recruitment campaigns and projects
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5. Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
6. Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
