About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn.
2. Screening resumes to assess technical skills and experience.
3. Conducting initial interviews (demonstration sessions) to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
4. Onboarding trainers and assigning them to batches based on their skills and availability.
5. Maintaining records of trainer schedules, performance, and feedback.
6. Communicating batch schedules and updates with trainers and internal teams.
7. Supporting training operations, including resolving scheduling conflicts.
