About the Internship
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Recruitment team. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes in the hospitality sector and a chance to build strong HR fundamentals.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
3. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview logistics.
4. Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status.
5. Support in onboarding activities whenever required.
6. Assist HR team in day-to-day tasks.
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business / Management.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
6. Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension / full-time opportunity)
7. Stipend: Rs. 7000/-
