About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing & Screening
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to source potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate fit.
2. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.
3. Database & ATS Management
Maintain and update the candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate information and status updates.
4. Job Postings & Employer Branding
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms; support employer branding efforts by creating recruitment content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, internship flyers).
5. Market Research & Reports
Assist in research on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies; prepare basic hiring status reports.
