About the Internship

Look no further, because NetWit is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team!As a Recruitment Intern at NetWit, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process. From resume screening to conducting interviews, you will play a crucial role in helping us find top talent for our organization.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
3. Utilize Microsoft 365 and our Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate databases
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process
6. Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
7. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand
