Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
2. Using platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential candidates
3. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders
4. Maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment trackers
5. Supporting employer branding initiatives and contributing to a positive candidate experience
