About the Internship
Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? We are looking for a talented HR intern to join our team at Quantazone.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
3. Conduct initial screening, schedule, and conduct interviews.
4. Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
5. Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
6. Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
3. Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
