About the Internship
As a Recruitment intern at Talent Sphere India, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the dynamic field of recruitment while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You will work closely with our experienced team to source, screen, and interview potential candidates, as well as assist with various recruitment tasks to help build a strong talent pool for our clients.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics for report generation.
5. Assist with writing job descriptions and posting them on various job boards.
6. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent.
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
