About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Business development:
1. Identify and call potential client companies to understand their business, culture, and recruitment needs (current & future).
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
3. Collect and analyze useful information about market trends, competitor activities, and HR industry movements.
B. Recruitment:
1. Source, screen, and interview candidates as per client requirements.
2. Shortlist and present suitable candidates to clients
3. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
4. Manage small, full-cycle recruitment assignments if assigned by the Manager.
