Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand client requirements for non-IT roles across different industries.
2. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
3. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
6. Build strong talent pipelines for recurring requirements.
