About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
2. Post job openings across job boards, social media, and other platforms.
3. Build and maintain candidate databases and pipelines for future hiring needs.
4. Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
5. Draft job descriptions and internship postings tailored to various roles.
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
7. Help organize employee activities and initiatives to maintain startup culture.
8. Maintain HR records and ensure smooth communication with candidates and employees.
