About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Call and connect with inbound leads (students, working professionals, parents).
2. Understand requirements (budget, location, preferences) and match them with Gharpayy options.
3. Pitch Gharpayy homes with clarity, confidence, and urgency.
4. Handle objections, negotiate smartly, and close bookings.
5. Maintain follow-ups until the customer confirms and pays.
6. Update CRM with accurate lead status for smooth workflow
