About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle outgoing and incoming customers'/target customers' calls and professionally interact with customers to pitch our services, address queries and provide information about our products/services.
2. Manage email communications effectively, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries.
3. Coordinate with customers to schedule meetings, managing all logistical details for smooth interactions.
4. Prepare and send quotations to potential clients based on their specific needs.
5. Assist in handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and execute plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
7. Track and report on sales activities and customer interactions using designated tools/software.
8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement data collection work, and market research.
9. Achieving sales targets is a prime responsibility
