We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead client acquisition, manage sales funnels, and drive brand visibility. The role blends B2B/B2C sales, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytical, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Drive lead generation and client acquisition via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and digital outreach.
Build and deliver customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for corporates and SMEs.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, content-driven).
Optimize campaigns using SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Manage the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle using CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Prepare and track weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for campaign content, lead personalization, and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for PR, product positioning, and market research.
Participate in industry webinars/events to promote services and build networks.
Required Technical & Business Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp).
Hands-on with MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead management.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices and content marketing.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA (Marketing) or equivalent.
2–4 years’ experience in sales & marketing (consulting, SaaS, or legal-tech preferred).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and data analytics.
