4. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
5. Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts.
6. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales skills.
7. Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
7. Work as a sales representative for real estate projects.
8. Assist the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
9. Generate leads through calls, events, and digital campaigns.
10. Maintain and update client information in CRM.
11. Conduct basic market research and competitor study.
12. Provide general support to the sales & marketing team.
13. Coordinate with other teams for smooth project execution.
