About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Sales
1. Qualify, and convert high-intent customers looking for personal loans, OD, and credit products.
2. Act as the first line of support for customer queries resolve issues fast and independently.
3. Ensure loan applications move from lead to disbursal as quickly as possible by coordinating with DSAs, lenders, and internal operations teams.
B. Build Distribution Channels (Partnerships)
1. Set up and manage DSA (Direct Selling Agent) relationships across regions.
2. Work closely with lender sales managers to push files through underwriting and disbursal.
3. Identify high-performing DSAs and onboard them as early growth partners.
C. Be the Face of the Brand (Content & Influence)
1. Create short, high-quality video content to educate customers about overdraft products, lending processes, and common queries.
2. Own our outreach on LinkedIn - network with prospects, create thought-leadership content, and drive brand visibility.
3. Identify and collaborate with Instagram/Facebook influencers who can speak to our ICP (salaried professionals, 22-40 years) and launch micro-campaigns with them.
D. Build Systems, Not Just Sales
1. Act like a founder: set up CRM workflows, feedback loops, and reporting frameworks.
2. Share market and customer feedback with the product team to improve funnel conversion and user journey.
3. Make quick, independent decisions in the field without waiting for approvals.
