About the Internship
As part of our mission to empower learners, we are offering a 3-month paid sales internship for students and recent graduates interested in sales, business development, and customer engagement. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a sales internship in India with a stipend, where you’ll learn real-world business skills in a fast-paced environment.As a sales intern at Lane, you’ll work closely with our business development team to drive student enrollments and support customer growth. This internship will give you hands-on experience in lead generation, sales strategy, and customer relationship management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Generating and qualifying leads from multiple sources (online inquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, social media, and local outreach).
2. Promoting Lane’s driving courses and explaining benefits to potential students.
3. Following up with leads and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
4. Assisting in designing sales campaigns, referral programs, and promotional activities.
5. Maintaining lead databases and updating progress reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
6. Collaborating with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
7. Providing customer feedback to help improve the overall sales process.
