About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Communicating with incoming leads via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
2. Following up with prospects using the company’s lead CRM based on their stage in the sales funnel.
3. Calling and engaging leads to understand requirements, answer queries, and share product details.
4. Creating proforma invoices (PIs) and assisting in preparing quotations using the company’s sales dashboard.
5. Working with the sales team to prepare sales orders and sample orders.
6. Maintaining records of client communication, leads, and sales progress.
7. Supporting in exhibitions, client meetings, and other brand activities as required.
