About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Onboarding & Training:
1. Conduct interviews and onboard Sales Interns.
2. Plan engaging ice-breaking and confidence-building activities on the first day.
3. Train interns about the Company and Company Services.
4. Conduct shadow calling sessions to demonstrate live sales techniques.
5. Guide interns step-by-step on how to successfully close 20 deals each month.
Performance Management:
1. Review intern performance on a daily and monthly basis.
2. Collect daily reports on the number of deals closed from each intern.
3. Clarify doubts and resolve queries of interns whenever required.
4. Ensure strict compliance with the mandatory 20 deals per month target.
5. In case of underperformance, coordinate with HR to hire replacements immediately.
Strategy & Leadership:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies for influencers and interns.
2. Motivate and mentor a large team of 100–150 interns with ease.
3. Guide interns in preparing scripts and sales presentations.
4. Verify all content/ Scripts created by interns before posting.
5. Work closely with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategies.
Intern & Influencer Management:
1. Ensure every intern successfully closes 20 deals per month on a mandatory basis.
2. Review intern performance regularly and provide guidance to improve results.
3. Train interns about company services, guide them in making presentation scripts, and verify their content before posting.
Performance Monitoring & Strategy:
1. Develop and execute strategies to maximize influencer-driven deal closures.
2. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and share insights with management.
3. Maintain strict quality checks on influencer content.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
1. Motivate, mentor, and guide a large team of interns to achieve business targets.
2. Resolve challenges faced by interns during the process.
3. Clarify the Queries of the interns as and when required.
4. Work closely with HR, Sales, and Marketing to align influencer activities with overall business objectives.
